Embracing Change and the Unknown

In this workshop, we will reflect upon our patterns when change comes, identify qualities that will help us be more able to embrace change,

reflect upon our beliefs about being able to trust something we cannot see and we will tap into the wisdom of our body to help us accept change and the unknown.
