Community Meditation Hour

Join us for a meditation hour every Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the Watkins House at the Arlington Common. Each meeting will start with instruction followed by meditation, discussion, and questions. The intention of this group is to form a container for peace and compassion in these challenging times. The facilitator will be James Reilly, a local meditator and therapist. There will be no charge or expected donation for participation. Chairs will be provided or you may wish to bring your own meditation cushion.

Please note: Meditation Hour has been put on a temporary hold for the summer.

Sew and Stitch

Join us on the first Saturday of each month from 9-12. Please bring a project to work on.  Outlets are available but bring an extension cord if you will need to plug in.  This is a great opportunity to get creative and sew-cialize. We hope to see you there!
