Denise Olin Psy.D., MSCP, MACP, BSAcc
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I grew up in Vermont and, after spending about twenty years out west, returned to my roots in the beautiful Green Mountains. I have been in practice for more than twenty years, working with adults who are navigating mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for individuals dealing with, to mention a few, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, grief, and trauma. My special interests include grief work and supporting those impacted by relationships with narcissistic partners, family members, or others. I firmly believe that part of the therapeutic process is to find one’s true self and live with an authentic voice within one’s own journey of life. I offer guidance, compassion, and space for individuals to discover their real, spontaneous self-expression in the face of life’s complexity. I draw from a psychodynamic perspective, which means exploring how past experiences shape present patterns, and an existential perspective, which focuses on finding meaning, purpose, and authenticity in life. Let us all be true to ourselves. I accept Medicare/Supplemental Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.

Bennington County Conservation District
District Manager
Conservation districts were first created by local citizens in 1937 to help conserve their water and soil. Now, every state in the nation is served by conservation districts border to border, each an official body created by an act of their state legislature.
Districts now focus on agricultural concerns, water quality, forestry, wildlife, environmental education, or other related issues. All conservation districts still share one important feature, we’re bottom-up, locally-led organizations.
Vermont has fourteen conservation districts, some established according to county boundaries, others according to watershed boundaries. BCCD was established in 1946 to serve all of Bennington County and its four watersheds – the Mettowee, the Batten Kill, the Hoosic, and the Deerfield. For more information on VT’s other conservation districts, refer to the Vermont Association of Conservation Districts site.
These watersheds encompass some of the most culturally, economically, and ecologically significant landscapes in Vermont. The health of the natural world around us and the vitality of our communities are deeply connected to wild and cultivated landscapes. The Bennington County Conservation District protects them by serving those who work them and live in them.
