Event & Meeting Spaces
The Arlington Common offers several unique spaces appropriate for a variety of events, from small meetings to large fundraisers.
Watkins House
This warm, historic space features high ceilings, a fireplace, and wood paneling original to the historic structure and is accessible from the main entry point (front semi-circular driveway).
The space includes access to a kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee setup.
The Watkins house frequently hosts rotating small works exhibits showcasing local artists, history, and culture, providing the ideal backdrop for a reception, talk, or social event.
Meeting Rooms
Large and small conference rooms and a private office are available hourly or daily. Rental rate includes high speed WiFi, coffee maker, and the kitchen for personal use.
Performance Hall
This former church comfortably seats 299, has a 20’ x 20’ stage, an 8’ x 14’ front projection screen and state of the art AV equipment. Perfect for a musical performance, recital or speaking engagement.
Fitness Studio
This is a perfect space for group fitness classes, personal training, specialized workout programs and dance. It has a Marley floor which is a versatile and durable vinyl dance surface known for their controlled slip resistance and smooth yet grippy surface.
