Join us for our OPEN HOUSE!
Meet the artists and enjoy the artwork and refreshments!
Get into the holiday spirit with our Small Works Holiday Show. This cheerful exhibit will be filled with handmade treasures by local artists—all perfectly sized (and priced) for gift-giving. Stop by, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and discover unique gifts while supporting local creativity this holiday season.
Look for the HO model train set chugging through a miniature Village of Arlington with its train station, town hall and church. In another room find a doll house size replica of a French bakery and café from the Doll House Museum in Bennington complete with a café, full kitchen, and baked breads in racks at the front door. Three fairy houses made of hollowed out wood, covered with shingles and lit from inside invite one to gaze into another world of little people from the forest. Miniature quilts, small-ish paintings, and photographs by 14 artists will fill the walls of the three gallery rooms. Jewelry made with small strips of colored paper would make a fun gift for the holiday.
The show will be up through Thanksgiving and the December holidays and remain up with works rotated and refreshed through mid-April. Regular gallery hours will be Thursday and Friday, 10 am to 3 pm, and Saturday from 9 to 10 pm.
