This seminar is designed to give participants a basic understanding of resistance training and its health benefits, along with demonstrations of many exercises for all levels of experience.
NOTE: This is not an exercise class.

These sessions are Free for Fitness Members, and there is a $7 fee per class for Drop Ins. Drop Ins must register for this free membership in our system and complete the waiver.
