Mardi Crane, a student of qigong for more than 25 years, will lead a series of qigong/ meditative movement classes. They will focus on cultivating body awareness, building strength, balance and an ability to release tension.
Qigong practices have been shown to improve cognitive function and resilience to stress. They are suitable for individuals of any age and level of physical fitness. There are no prerequisites. All are invited to attend these FREE classes.
