Stretching with Lisa May

This is an instructive clinic with our personal trainer, Lisa May, on
how to stretch properly for best effect.  It is suitable for all
levels. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a couple
extra mats if you don't have one. You may wear indoor sneakers, socks
(preferably non-slip) or bare feet.

Free to fitness members.  $10 drop-in fee for non-members
