Celebration of Life of Al Godreau, 1936-2024
On Saturday May 17 th we will be gathering to celebrate the life of Albert Godreau. While Al passed on November 30, 2024, we wanted to wait for Spring, reflecting Al’s love of nature and of Arlington. The event will take place at 1PM in the Performing Arts Center at Arlington Common, Route 7A, Arlington, Vermont.

Please join us for our 9 am coffee hour for a chance to meet with your state representatives. Here is your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the issues and understand how they are voting and why. These informal meetings are open to all residents of the Bennington-4 district, which covers Arlington, Manchester, Sandgate and part of Sunderland.

In 1894 Edith Roosevelt, wife of Theodore who was then a US Civil Service Commissioner, visited Bennington, VT. In this program, Bob Tegart will share some of the details of their stay in town.
